When I try to redeem the offer, it says its expired or invalid...what's
the problem?
Many times merchants create special offers and coupons without a
pre-set expiration date, meaning it can expire at any time without us
being notified. If you find an expired or invalid offer, please go to that
offer at our site, and click the "Report Bad or Expired" link in the top
frame. This will submit a report to us our staff will investigate that
offer. Also make sure you read the conditions of the offer carefully, in
some cases you must use a specific credit card to redeem. Note that in
most cases, taxes and shipping fees do not count toward the purchase price
for coupon redemptions.
If I order today, when will my order
arrive?
Please don't ask us for customer support on any merchant. We simply
list deals and have no connection to the companies listed at our site,
thus we can't offer any kind of customer support for purchases you have
made or would like to make at their websites. You must contact those
merchants directly.
How do I remove your software?
Some of you have the so-called "Coupons and Offers" software installed
on your computers. We are not affiliated with that software or the company
who developed or installed the software, at all.
